About Sunac Yipin Yantai Villa

Sunac Yipin Yantai is a residential interior design for a four-story villa in Yantai, Shandong, China. The home stands on the Bohai coastline and is surrounded by mountains, sea and vegetation. The interior covers 350 square meters and follows a modern international style. Open spaces connect the rooms with the natural landscape, and sunlight, rock and water act as guiding elements. Custom art pieces and selected materials soften the strict geometry of the plan. The intent is a calm and relaxing holiday atmosphere shaped by art and culture.

Unique Properties: As a four-story residential space, it is located on China's Bohai coastline, surrounded by mountains and seas and vegetation. It shows the ultimate elegance and comfort to the greatest extent. It made a harmonious and perfect balance between the interior and the original ecology.

Production Technology: Marco Tirelli's paintings inhabit the boundary between fantasy and reality, deep into the labyrinth of memory. With the metaphysical Umbrian school of painting, it reconstructs the basis of a poetic and gentle world. Like the rising sun in the morning, it means the bright morning stars on the sea.
Design Challenge: Difficulty: In the neat indoor space, create an internal landscape and an internal environment to bring the vitality to the space. At the same time, taking into account the integration of contemporary art. Break the rigidity of the space, retain the exquisiteness, have an elegant sense of art, and integrate sensual and fluid emotions.

Operation Flow: 1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way.
2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space.
3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space
4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction
5.Render the complete space with famous photographers.
Research: It is culture that illuminates the space correctly. The charm of art and humanity is compatible with the calmness of the natural landscape. The oriental humanity responds to the poetic broadness of modernism, and modern art is used to accept the simplicity and tension of nature.
