About Orinnoro Jar

Orinnoro is a jar designed for preserving items such as flowers and food. The tall glass object is 65 cm high and is hand shaped in a studio from recycled waste glass. Each jar is blown in a wooden mold, and the color stripes are formed with a modern interpretation of the classic Incalmo glass blowing technique. The rhythm of the glass making process gives every piece a unique color hue. The rough texture of the recycled material is highlighted, and the shadow of the glass shifts with the surrounding light. The design reflects calm Northern aesthetics.
