Baidu Onsite Service Experience is a mobile application for booking domestic services online. The design presents clear merchant thumbnails, simplified operation and a familiar interface, so users can locate a needed service quickly. Users browse the service listings, compare offers, select a merchant and complete the payment. When a merchant accepts an order, a message alert and a real time map of the merchant location are provided. A backend algorithm scores service quality and updates merchant rankings, and order records are stored to protect user rights.
