Planting and light are two important elements of natural architecture. Discarded steel bars are used as the branches of the iron tree in the hall. Reuse driftwood or dead wood into furniture. Discarded shrimp and crab cages are reused as lamps.

Design Challenge

Original of the site was a hospital that was abandoned for more than three decade and the building was in disrepair, within the building, column structure was quite dense. In order to revive the dilapidated building, how to refresh and reborn this abandoned building to be restore vitality again. With the high development of the city, natural environment will inevitably shrink or disappear within cities, people are gradually moving away from nature. Moreover, many old buildings were abandoned especially in mega cities, idle waste of spaces. To create natural buildings that coexist with nature and plants, have become a new landscape in contemporary architecture.
