- Design Challenge
- Facial tissues, represented by Kleenex, have long been made in the form of squares. Naturally, people are used to square shapes. So how will cylindrical tissues be perceived by people? I was very worried about that. In addition, we had to conduct a market survey on what diameter the cylindrical tissue case should be to fit the cup holders of various sizes currently in use.
It was a challenge to people's stereotype that facial tissue cases are all square. In addition, we put a lot of thought and effort into such a design that provides convenience in real people's lives and can even be used as interior props. - Project Duration
- This product is designed, developed, and produced at Joint Creative Co., LTD. in Seoul, South Korea, in September 2023.

- A good design even thinks about the environment. After you finish using the tissue, you can reuse the tissue box in more than 50 different ways, including various storage boxes, pencil holders, flower pots, food storage boxes, vehicle ashtray, and trash cans.
- Research
- Why do all facial tissue cases have to be square shapes? The idea that started from the question was born into a slim cylindrical tissue design. Slim tissues enable neat and sophisticated spaces and allow for more space use than square tissues.
