MyO is a sports wearable suite designed for fitness enthusiasts and athletes who want insights into muscle performance. The suite includes a waist belt, a leg strap and a shoulder strap, each fitted with electromyography sensors that monitor muscle activity. A detachable receiver unit sends the data to a companion application, which gives feedback on muscle engagement, fatigue and form. The modular parts can be adjusted for a comfortable fit, and a shared charging dock serves all components. Medical grade silicone and hypoallergenic fabrics are used for durability and comfort.
