About Nanjing Hi-tech Zone Industrial Park Industrial Park Planning
Nanjing Hi-tech Zone Industrial Park is an urban planning project for a science and industry park in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The plan covers development strategy research, industrial layout, overall planning, detailed planning and control planning. Local and provincial planning regulations guided the layout, which also responds to complex land conditions. The design connects the park with the surrounding landscape, so the site and its context form a single whole. The intent is a functional and convenient working environment for the companies and employees based in the park.

- The challenge of this project is that there are heavy regulation on urban planning in Nanjing and the conditions of the land is just too complicated. We have to fight through a pile of regulation documents to work out a plan that is viable.

- We won the public bidding of this project and get entrusted for this project. Then we studied the Nanjing city urban planning regulation and Jiangsu provincial urban planning regulation. We combined the client's requirements and the local conditions to make the plan. After several rounds of discussion, the project got approved.
- Research
- We done the land research, project research and traffic research. We used the data from official sources and collected our own data by field investigation to support our planning.
- Inspiration
- The overall design of the industrial park is considered in terms of functionality and convenience. There are many planning limitations according to city regulation.The design integrates the surrounding landscape and the industrial park, making the industrial park and the surroundings an whole and creating a good working environment for the enterprises and employees in the industrial park.
