Extended Interview with Ghiath Al Masri

Could you please tell us about your experience as a designer, artist, architect or creator?
My study is architecture from Damascus university Syria, my older brother remind me by my talent , because the atmosphere and surrounding pressure make you forget what you love
How did you become a designer?
I think the spark was in my childhood I was obsession in draw cartoons , then developed by studying architecture to spend more time about the beauty of buildings
What are your priorities, technique and style when designing?
I did not choose to be designer I try to be something else but hopefully I failed , and back to designing
Which emotions do you feel when designing?
I design Luxury houses, I dream to be able to design Museum or mega project one day
What particular aspects of your background shaped you as a designer?
He should digging in his self about the real passion, he should do what he love , never do the best design for bunch of money , never stay in field doesn't like just for the money , try to be free of money and do what you love and people love .
What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project?
A good designer try to mimic professional designer and dare to make some new touches , but the great designer dare to make whole new idea without imitate, and if coincidences make design close to some one design he should throw it and start with new idea .
You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects?
good design promote the product market in general and in Architecture its way of life and piece of art to whom appreciate the art
