Aouball is a pizza oven designed for home kitchens. Upper and lower heating tubes simulate the double heat sources of a traditional pizza furnace, giving 360 degree even heating up to 450 degrees Celsius. PID temperature control keeps the heat stable, and a pizza stone holds a proper moisture level for a crisp base. A pizza can be baked in 90 seconds. A touch screen sets time and temperature and offers four preset modes. A dedicated application allows remote control. Bread and biscuits can also be baked. The body measures 450 by 440 by 302 millimeters.
