This classic restaurant featuring the local cuisine in Nanjing city was created on the historical past. The client hoped the architect help redesign the space in a relatively modern way and let people recall the prosperous period of the Republic of China more than 100 year ago. Dark pallette ranging from textured surfaces to furniture pieces complements this favourable theme. In term of layout, all independent dining rooms are named after those past famous figures in the time, such as Sun Yat-sen,Soong May-ling, etc.
